We loved spending 2 nights here. All in all, it was wonderful base for traveling to Bolongo. The staff was good and friendly all day long. The restaurant was good, it had EXCELLENT dishes.

Friendly staff, accommodating. Quick check-in. Free water sports. Good food. Planning another trip.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. They greeted me right away and even offered me a delicious rum punch. Although my room wasn't ready when I arrived, I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch while they prepared it for me. They even upgraded me to an ocean view room for my anniversary, which was amazing. When the air conditioning in my room had a problem, they immediately moved me to a different room with working AC and even gave me two bottles of rum as a gesture of apology. The hotel facilities were great, and I loved that they offered free snorkel gear, kayaks, and SUPs for water sports. The food at the hotel was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Sunday funday boat tour.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home away from home. We didn't have to leave the resort as everything we needed was right there. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they allowed us to enjoy lunch and offered us a rum punch. They even upgraded us to an ocean view room for our anniversary and promptly addressed any issues we had. it was a wonderful experience.

They even upgraded our room to an ocean view for our anniversary! When we had an issue with the AC, they promptly moved us to a room with working AC and even gave us complimentary bottles of rum. The food was delicious, and the water sports staff were great. We enjoyed using the snorkel gear, kayaks, and SUPs, and they even took us out on a small catamaran. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a small shower and some chipped paint, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bolongo Bay Beach Resort All Inclusive to others.
